I've been playing guitar on and off now for nearly 25 years, my early years were spent mainly with original hard rock/metal bands writing recording and gigging etc. I also made a couple of instrumental demo's of my own. In the mid nineties I had a break of about 5 years and eventually started playing again in cover bands. I formed a Paul Rodgers tribute band "Merchants of Cool" which played the Free Convention twice and more recently I played in rock/metal covers band "Jump The Gun". Over the last few years I've developed a strong passion for the Blues and what better way to feed my passion than playing with Heavy Load and pay homage to the great Paul Kossoff.
